Include the store's myshopify.com domain, the reporting period and a description of the issue. Do not send customer personal data, passwords, tokens or API keys.

Before contacting us

Confirm that the app opens inside Shopify Admin.
Review eligible variants and their EANs.
You can generate provisional reports for the current month; review the final values after the month ends.
Verify the CSV against the current Portal requirements before submission.
